The hostess is extremely polite and helpful. The house is very spacious. The property is very green and has a great farm/site structure. It has a playroom for children. All travelers felt comfortable. I advise you to bring plenty of food to cook in the house and enjoy the peace of the place. There is a supermarket nearby. Thank Isabel for all your efforts.

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several beaches nearby, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, very calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in all aspects. It was truly a journey to be cherished in memory and heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day now.

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

The stay was great! The host's reception was the best I've had on the platform to date. We arrived with fresh coffee and cake on the table.♥️ The house is very good and has a beautiful view! All necessary utensils available. The only bad thing is that there's nothing nearby. And it's far from the center of Miguel Pereira, which was my goal. But if it weren't for the distance, or if the person is going to rest, it will be a 100% perfect trip! I highly recommend it!

I rented without any pretense and I was surprised by the house! fully equipped, you don't need to worry about anything, MUCH better than in the photos, really congratulations on the wonderful Ana house, I will be back with certainty! The only point that can be adjusted is the question of not being surrounded, it makes it very easy to leave pets at ease.

The house is even more beautiful in person, the outdoor space is great. I had not understood the stairs issue well in the description, although I understood that there was access, so I think it is useful to say that to access the main house there is a flight of stairs from the entrance gate to it and the 3 suites of the house are also on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs. But it wasn't a problem, I took my 84-year-old grandmother and everything went well. In winter, I think it's important to bring an extra blanket. The house was very clean, organized and Yasmin recommended a cook, Mrs. Regina, who for those who need it, can be hired without fear. Delicious food.

We loved staying at Patricia's house, from before we arrived we felt welcome. The place, the house, its gallery and outdoor space is dreamy. It was our first time in Itaguaí. Vítor's accommodation was in the way of description, clean, organized, with good location and with great privacy. We spent wonderful days at Bruno's house. Initially, we had plans to explore the surroundings of Vale das Videiras, but Cuca Fresca invited us to stop and enjoy the present, either resting on the net listening to the corners of the birds, or at the foot of the fireplace enjoying the moonlight. I felt recharged. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the house is fully equipped. Bruno is a very friendly host and has made us super comfortable. Hope to see you soon!

The space is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Super peaceful environment, perfect for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city — tremendous peace. The bed is very comfortable, clean environment, TV has access to apps, which was a great differential. We didn't get to use the bathtub, but it was another very strong point of the accommodation. The city center is less than 10 minutes away by car, and access, even with a stretch of dirt road, is very quiet. So if you need something in the city, it's quick and easy. In addition, Bruno was an excellent host from start to finish: he sent photos, videos, was available. I highly recommend it!

Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and they were all very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly as the house is, but, seeing the house in person, exceeded my expectations. The house is very well taken care of and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a barbecue by the perfect swimming pool. The location is also perfect as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Even so, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's place provided a landmark experience for our family.
