The house is for 12 people, 6 in the main house( 3 couples in 3 bedrooms , one of them has en-suite bathroom and the other 2 share another bathroom ) and 6 more in the bungalow is a loft area with 2 by 2 bed bunk ( 4 people in single beds) and 2 big singles, all in the same space and sharing another bathroom and the American kitchen. There are 2 big BBQ areas, and an exterior bathroom and a sunrise/sunset deck. Also a has a Garage for Gear/Baggage locker. The property accommodate 6 cars inside.

Na área externa temos um amplo Deck com cozinha equipada, churrasqueira, lavabo, sala de almoço, sala de TV, sala de jogos com sinuca, toto, mesa de carteado com jogos. Piscina com prainha, chuveirão, jardim com um belíssimo paisagismo, mastro para espiribol e espaço gramado com travinhas de futebol.
