We are 9 km from the center of Paracuru and the beach, in a quiet space within the condominium in a spacious green area. There are two spacious and airy suites with large, well-decorated bathrooms, in a house with a comfortable living room and an open-plan kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for a pleasant stay, surrounded by balconies with hammocks and chairs. We accept pets for a fee of $100 The condominium has: a barbecue grill, a swimming pool, a tennis and soccer court, and a children's playground.

It has a beach tennis court, tennis court, sports court, restaurant, sand soccer field, gym, barbecue area, playground and game room.

Enjoy a Villa Vera, a beautiful, modern, luxurious and safe house located just 700 meters from the beach and the city center. All the furniture and objects used were designed for the convenience and well-being of our guests. The 4 en-suites have a fan. The Jacuzzi can be filled with water but is not working. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. There is also air-conditioning if needed, but you have to pay an extra fee and it consumes energy

The house has 4 en-suites, 2 air-conditioned: all en-suites have a double bed and +1 single bed and + 1 bedroom facing the social bathroom, it has a spacious living room, two balconies and a special coffee corner.
