Deck com cozinha totalmente equipada, integrada com churrasqueira, sala de almoço, sala de TV, lavabo, sala de jogos com sinuca, toto, mesa de carteado com diversos jogos. Piscina com prainha, chuveirão, jardim belissimo , espiribol e gramado com travinhas de futebol.
