The condominium features: barbecue, swimming pool, tennis and soccer court, children's playground and access to the dunes and lagoons, as well as the beach. Paracuru is 90 km from Fortaleza and 200 km from Jericoacoara.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. There is also air-conditioning if needed, but you have to pay an extra fee and it consumes energy
