This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. No amenity has been spared for your stay some of which include a spacious master suite, stunning kitchen, Keurig machine, large game room, a kid's toy room, a firepit, yard games and a patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, pool and a grill.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Converted Bus overlooking Amish Farmland

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. This is a glamping experience. Please don’t book with the expectation of a hotel stay.

The Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate, HOT TUB

Soak up the modern and vintage charm of the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate! The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, King bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village.

Vintage guest House

Vintage Guestroom is a King Suite hosted by Mahlon and Jessica Stoltzfus in a private setting next to a working Amish Farm. Your cozy room is furnished with a King-sized Bed, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, sitting area, Gas fireplace, coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

Just a short walk to amish owned store and a restaurant. Enjoy grilling and dinning in beautifully decorated deck, while watching the amish neighbor working in his fields. Will meet you with a welcome bag also will provide milk, some cereal, and bananas for your first breakfast.

Countryside Cottage

The Countryside Cottage is located in central Lancaster County just a short drive from the most popular Lancaster attractions. We're located just 8 min. from the Sight & Sound Theater, 13 min. from Dutch Wonderland & 10 min. from the village of Bird in Hand. Enjoy watching the Amish buggies roll by this quiet family getaway. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
