Villa Eden is a cosy and serene located bungalow in Arillas with a 20 min. walk distance to the beach. This modern villa and the salt water - infinity pool are newly build in 2023. The place is fully equipped and mosquito-screened with two rooms. A big kitchen-living room area with a wood stove and a couch/bed and one bedroom with a very comfy bed. A nice bathroom with a walk in shower. From the large terrace you can look into a beautiful lush olive grove. There is also sea view from the garden!

La Casa d'Arilla

La Casa d’ Arilla apartment is located in Arillas. Is a luxurious, fully refurbished apartment of 50 sqm which may host up to four people and which offers free and safe parking. In the bedroom you can find a king size bed and in the living room there is a sofa which is easily convertible to a bed. The apartment has also got a private bathroom and all the basic electric appliances. Offers free Wi-Fi (50mbps). Less than 300m, you can find Arillas beach, several restaurants, mini markets and cafes.

The lofty position delivers a breathtaking combination of jaw-dropping views, cooling sea breezes and luxurious seclusion. It is hard not to feel the teeniest bit smug sitting here, drink in hand, as the sky fades from blue to blush and lights from the beautiful quaint fishing village begin to twinkle over the waters of the charming bay beneath, out towards the open abyss of the Ionian Sea.

The oak house in Ano Korakiana

A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

My place is one minute walking from the beach, at the center of ARILLAS village, near restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The house is newly renovated,with one bedroom with double bed and a living room with 2 sofas. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, wifi during the summer season, and a fireplace for wintertime.You can enjoy your lunch at the small private garden! I can provide you with tourist information, transportation on request,anything you might need, don't hesitate to ask.
