One of the best places I have lived in is Vicky’s apartment. Her wonderful reception of us since we arrived. She welcomed us and the apartment did not lack anything. The house is tidy and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting this beautiful city. Finally, thank you Vicky.

Πεντακάθαρο φρεσκοβαμμένο δωμάτιο, φρεσκομυρωδάτα σεντόνια και πετσέτες, μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι. Το σημείο του σπιτιού πολύ βολικό για βόλτες στη παραλία και στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια. Ωραία και ήρεμη γειτονιά οταν απομακρύνεσαι απο τον μεγάλο δρόμο.. Ο κύριος Κώστας ευγενικότατος, συνεννοήσιμος και πολύ εξυπηρετικος! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Un excellent choix, l'appartement est ravissant,aménagé avec bon goût et avec une terasse immense! Stella et son mari ont été très aimables,des hôtes parfaits! Merci pour leur hospitalité, un endroit à recommander.

Easy/quick one night stay in Kalamata. Check in was without hassle and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent stay! Allowed an early check-in, which was much needed after a long journey and some early starts. Host was waiting to greet me when the taxi arrived from the airport. Full kitchen and washing machine were very useful. Hosts responded prompty when there was a problem. Very close to the main road along the beachfront, but far enough away that you couldn't hear anything. My only recommendation would be to replace the shower curtain with something more rigid, but this is only a (very) minor criticism.

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο, ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και καλύτερο. Η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και σε συσκευές και σε προϊόντα που θα χρειαστείς αν θες να μαγειρέψεις. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετος για δύο άτομα και το μπάνιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και είχε ό,τι χρειαζόσουν. Η βεράντα είναι το ατού του σπιτιού για να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου στο τραπέζι ή τις ξαπλώστρες! Η κυρία Παναγιώτα και η μαμά της ευγενικότατες, απαντούσαν αμέσως στις απορίες μας και μας είχαν και δωράκι ένα μπουκάλι κρασί και παστελάκια. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, ωραία γειτονιά, κοντά στην παραλία και σε φούρνους, καφετέριες κλπ. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε το σπίτι όταν ξαναπάμε Καλαμάτα 💜 Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Πολύ καθαρό, ησυχο αλλά ηταν κρύο, πήγαμε 1η Μάη και χρειάστηκε να έχουμε air-conditioning και το απόγευμα και όλη τη νύχτα, έξω κυκλοφορούσες με κοντομανικο τη μέρα και μια ζακέτα το βραδυ! Η οικοδέσποινα απαντούσε άμεσα στα μνμ

Die Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, als wäre man bei jemanden Zuhause - top! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Our stay was exceptional, memorable and completely stress free. The cleanliness and the modern feel was beyond what we expected. Loved the outdoor space as it was child friendly and what a view we had. No stone unturned with facilities and whatever we needed Niko was quick to act. Due to the property being a little distant from supermarket there are an abundance of take aways that deliver up here. My advise is when you do book deliveries or taxi's you explain you are in the AirBNB - ILIOVASILEMA 23 which is on the road to Mani. There is a road called ILIOVASILEMA which is where they get confused, so make sure you mention not the road but the AIRBNB.

Wir haben uns auf dem mit viel Geschmack und traditionell angelegten Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon über die Olivenhaine hinunter zum Meer war immer wieder faszinierend. Die kleine Kneipe im Ort haben wir vier Mal besucht und uns bei George sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Empfehlung 😊

Over the top!! Die Kommunikation mit Evan verlief von Anfang an perfekt. Bilder können die außergewöhnliche Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses nicht wiedergeben-man muss dort gewesen sein. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Kalamata inkl. Sonnenuntergänge, für den Menschen viel Geld bezahlen würden. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell an die Küstenstrasse und Strand mit Tavernen, Cafes und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Gerne wieder!

Ήσυχη γειτονιά. εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Άνετο διαμέρισμα. 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο για κέντρο καλαμάτας αλλά και για την παραλία.

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι! Πεντακαθαρο με ολα οσα χρειαζεται μια οικογενεια! Ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες σε πολυ βολικη περιοχη! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι αυτο που λεμε "νοικοκυραιοι"....Ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια! Ελπιζουμε να τα ξαναπουμε! Να στε καλα!

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e in soggiorno, così come le TV). Posizione perfetta per vivere il vivace centro di Kalamata, comoda manche alla Marina, che si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti circa. La pulizia era impeccabile, buona anche la qualità delle spugne. Consigliatissimo!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Το σπιτι πάρα πολύ καλό..πραγματικά σαν το σπίτι σου νιώθεις.. με καλοριφερ για ζέστη αλλά και ερ κοντισιον.... φιλόξενη και πολυ φιλικη η Κ. Βούλα που μας έδειξε το σπίτι... θα το ξανά κλείσουμε όταν ξανά πάμε Καλαμάτα...

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at GoldenNest. Located in a family oriented neighborhood, and walkable to all major must see sights. Another perk if you have kids, is a large park with various playgrounds and cafes less than a 2 minute walk away. An excellent bakery is also just down the road with great coffee and baked goods to help start your day. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with multiple balconies throughout, laundry, and lots of hot water if you are multiple people. Parking is also very convenient with a private spot just outside the entry doors. The charm of our stay was the host. Eleni is an amazing person who will go to all lengths to ensure you enjoy your stay. Very responsive, communicative, and kind. We are very much looking forward to staying here again, hopefully sooner than later.

Fantastic spot for a walk in the town of Kalamata, friendly host and flexible. Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay again with my family.
