Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

We had a great stay at Stoupa’s paradise. Eirini and Vangelis are the best hosts you can wish for. A nice house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the beautiful garden the kids loved getting fresh oranges and lemons to make fresh juice. By foot you can reach Stoupa beach and Kalogria beach where you find restaurants. There are other nice beaches and villages in the region. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is an excellent apartment for the price. The two bedrooms are decent-sized and worked well for our family of four. The view of the sea from the two balconies cannot be matched and was one of our favorite things about our entire trip to the Peloponnese. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the hosts left some eggs and olive oil from their farm, both of which were delicious. Miltos checked us in and was super friendly even though we arrived 30 minutes late. Just so everyone is informed, the apartment is a little bit of a walk from the main part of town (which didn't bother us) and located on a fairly busy street where parking was tricky sometimes. The bathrooms are small and didn't have any soap and shampoo. Overall, though, we loved this place and had a lovely time.

The apartment is perfect to stay in Sparta and visit Mistra. It's even better that in picture, the view is amazing the place is huge and comfortable. The host is really welcoming and sweet ! Really nice to talk to ! There is everything we needed for the stay, all really clean :)

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need—even for a longer stay. The real highlight is the large terrace with an amazing view—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location is also great—just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the local vibe. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing lots of useful information about the area which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Ο χώρος όπως στης φωτογραφίες, η θάλασσα πεντακάθαρη ζέστη ήσυχη.Οτι πρέπει για διακοπές με ηρεμία και ξεκούραση όλα δίπλα χωρίς αυτοκίνητο.Ειναι μια επιλογή που θα ξαναέκανα.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich hin und wieder nach unserem Wohl erkundigt und bei Bedarf uns Tipps gegeben. Als Willkommensgruß gab es Olivenöl und eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Die Ruhe auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume haben wir sehr genossen. Da wir mit E-Bikes dort waren, war es für uns kein Problem nach Koroni zu fahren und die unmittelbare Gegend zu erkunden.

We hadden een geweldige tijd. Het appartement is heel ruim, schoon en gezellig. Lizzie is een fijne gastvrouw, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een klein mooi, rustig dorp met oude huizen en mooie straatjes. Binnen 10 minuten ben je op het strand van Stoupa. Je kan in de omgeving prachtig wandelen. Een echte aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum...., noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht von der Terrasse aus ist super schön. Das Haus steht in einem Olivenhain und direkt an der Terrasse sind Orangen und Zitronenbäume an denen wir uns bedienen durften. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, auch mal selber etwas kochen geht sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Ilias lief hervorragend und wir bekamen sehr viele Tips zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Sein Vater hat uns mehr als herzlich willkommen geheißenubd auch verabschiedet. Das Highlight ist aber der Strand, der über einen kleinen weg direkt am Nachbargrundstück zu erreichen ist. Wir waren selten mit mehr als sechs Personen dort und hatten absolute Ruhe. Feinster Sandstrand mit sehr flach abfallendem Ufer und strahlend blauem kristallklarem Wasser. Die Unterkunft ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir werden wiederkommen.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από τη διαμονή μου στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι. Το ακίνητο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάστηκα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική, κοντά σε καταστήματα/παραλίες.Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε απορία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω στο μέλλον!

Beautiful location, local shop right next door! Local places to eat within walking distance. Right on the beach. Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard and watch the sea. We visited in May, so it wasn’t too busy at this time of year. Maria was really helpful and always so responsive if we had questions. We loved the local cats. Thank you Maria!

Incroyable environnement, sur la plage. Emplacement exceptionnel. Très paisible et calme. Il n'y avait pas de voisins. Tous les commerces (boulangerie, restaurant, supermarché..) à proximité en quelques minutes en voitures. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet airbnb, nous recommandons!

Uroczy kamienny dom w spokojnej okolicy, z tarasu widok na morze. Przyjemnie urządzone sypialnie, wystarczające wyposażenie kuchenne. Dom jest bardzo przestronny, ładnie urządzony, czysty. Z chęcią wrócimy kiedyś w to miejsce!

I had a very restful, peaceful yet active stay at Periklis and Vessa’s home. It felt like home super comfortable it’s like a chalet in the mountains but with extra comfort. The view was amazing to look out the mountains. And more importantly they are very nice people, very friendly couple. I was amazed by Periklis’s mountain adventures. I am very touched by their passion for the nature. I wish I could stay longer time to hike up more. I will plan to come back! Highly recommend for someone love nature, like quiet environment, a nice retreat!

Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία, ενώ μέσα σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα με μαγειρευτά φαγητά και ένα εξαιρετικό ζαχαροπλαστείο. Ιδανικό για διαμονή είτε για λίγες μέρες είτε για μεγαλύτερη παραμονή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Decent and pleasant accommodation in old house. Sofia is nice host.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.
