75 sqm split level, 2 bedroom beach front house ideal for relaxing, tranquil vacations. It is located on a secluded sandy beach with emerald crystal clear waters well protected from northern winds, which is accessible through the property. The beach of Potamia is reached by a 5 min walk or swim from our beach and Agios Sostis beach by 10 min walk (see in photos). The veranda has a wonderful combined view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.

Your house on the beach - Kythnos Leykes

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds. Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

The house is located in a quiet location, in the middle of a hill, 5 minutes from the beach of Posses by transportation (half hour walk) and 15 minutes from Chora (Ioulis), the island's capital.
