Simple accommodations for those who want to enjoy the beaches of the Matinhos and Pontal do Paraná region. House in the back of the house where the hostess Roseli, her husband and daughter live. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms with bathroom (attached to the house) are available for rent for an additional 8 people (with extra charges). Internal parking for up to four cars. Showers and a clothesline are also available in the yard. It is the last house on a cul-de-sac, very quiet.

It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.

It has everything a guest needs for quick stays, as there is no laundry. Parking is on the street, in front of the property. The location is great, central neighborhood and also close to the port and adjacent companies. When there is no guest in the property below, you will be allowed to leave the car in the garage of the main house.
