I spent exactly 30 days here in Guilherme's apartment and it was my first contact with Brasilia, my new address! I exchanged the Bahian capital through the federal capital and the apartment, in front of Lake Paranoá, gave me the impression of being in front of the beach. The place has very polite attendants and Thursday day there is a fair with selected products such as fruits and beans for sale, as well as ready-made food. Very nice! The place has a restaurant La Terrasse with very good price, beauty salon, PET Shop, convenience store, gym ( 200 reais a month) and the apartment is super comfortable. I would stay longer but the price was a bit salty! But it was super worth it! Super recommend! Oh, Guilherme is a friend of the animals , I brought my two cats and everything went smoothly.

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and check in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

Excellent stay in Fabio's apartment! Great energy with everything we expected and needed for rest and work days. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, nothing missing. Very airy and bright. Beautiful decoration. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. Me and my family love. Estadia and the wonderful place, all very clean and organized. The very polite host always responded promptly. We intend to return at a next opportunity for sure.

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very good equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. I recommend it!

Leonardo was a great host. Whenever necessary, I would send him a message and he would respond. In addition, the space is great. Very clean, tidy and well located. Full of shops, pharmacy, restaurant nearby.

I just don't give more stars because Airbnb doesn't allow it, but honestly, I felt more comfortable there than I probably would in the Copacabana palace

Igor Eduardo and Claudia were very committed to making our stay pleasant. When the oven unexpectedly broke, they immediately provided us with a hot air fryer. The internet was very good and stable at over 300 Mbps.

it was an incredible time! Wanderson took care of us very well, always fast and attentive, which means a lot to me, he was always ready to help us with everything we needed, the place is amazing, everything is clean and well organized, I highly recommend it and I will return more often when I need to.
