Compact but well equipped, it is ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 guests if needed. The building is quiet, modern and secure, just 100 m from the train station and 200 m from the historic center. High-speed Wi-Fi, linen provided, toiletries, coffee and balcony area to enjoy the view — everything for a pleasant and carefree stay.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nous parlons également français.
