Located in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, in the municipality of MIGNE, charming small 40 m2 cottage that can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a living room serving as a dining room, living room and bedroom (with 140-190 bed) which offers a magnificent view of the pond. This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
