A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house has been recently renovated and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to the Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments and close to good restaurants , cafés with a good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the mountains like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the area. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking routes in the Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I recommend using your own car.

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

My stay at Dilma's was just wonderful. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and in a few minutes you are both on the train and on the beach. Since small apartment is very lovingly decorated and had everything I needed for my stay. I especially loved the loggia, where you can slide the windows wide and where you can sit in the sun for breakfast. It was also great that you can darken the bedroom with blinds. Dilma is a very wonderful person and also my son, who is studying in Lisbon, was very welcome. Thank you for an unforgettable stay dear Dilma! I sincerely hope to come back!

I had a lovely stay with Alaize Maria! She is incredibly kind and her home is lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very close to the train station (where she even very kindly picked me up) and the beach. Easy access into the center of Lisbon and also relaxing beaches right by. I hope to come back to Portugal and stay again.
