Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Situated in a tranquil village in the Champagne region, this self catering space provides a quiet place to do your own thing. Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. In champagne at the gates of Burgundy, discover our new renovated house for a relaxing stay for the whole family, where you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, shared patio, garden and private entrance. This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, and the Orient Forest Lake.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.
