Capacity for 20 people There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suites, 1 social bathroom and 1 powder room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, hairdryer in all bathrooms. Residence with new furniture, well equipped, with full kitchen and all necessary utensils. We have bed, table, bath and beach towels. Game room with pool table, Pegolin/Totó and card table Gourmet space and swimming pool.

Sonho Verde is a beach frequented almost exclusively by residents, offering a beach hut and restaurant structure. Extremely well located, Sonho Verde beach is next to the city of Paripueira, which has markets, pharmacies and restaurants, thus serving everyone.
