Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the serene Mink Creek Valley Idaho. Quiet with beautiful views. Come stay in a real log cabin. Cabin is "unplugged" with no WiFi or cell phone service. There is a TV and DVD player. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows, go to Bear Lake or go to the Maple Grove Hot Springs in Thatcher, ID. Closed during the winter months. I try to open in April or May. I’ve unblocked some dates. Message me if there’s a date you’d like but it’s blocked.

The Bloomington house worked perfect for our bachelorette getaway of 10+ girls! We spent the majority of our time in the kitchen/living room area and around the fire pit/back porch making memories together. The neighbors were also super kind and helpful to us when we had grilling technical difficulties! Felt like home and is in such a beautiful area close to Bear Lake, yet far enough away to feel like our own space. We loved our stay!

We spent 2 nights at the Cow Palace, to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderdul stay. The house is pristine, immaculate, aesthetic and beautiful. There is peace and quiet, horses, bulls, and a serene country scenery. We drove 30 minutes to Maple Grove Hot Springs retreat, and had a relaxing afternoon, we enjoyed amazing food at Sidney's Restaurant in Main Street, Preston and bought raw milk at the Cache Valley Creamery, all within a short drive from this location. On Thursday evenings they practice lasso with their bulls and its quite entertaining to watch! Just like the rodeo! Amazing skills! 👏 we enjoyed every detail of this stay.

My family absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home. It was extremely peaceful and had serene views. The house was well maintained and taken care of. When we arrived the instructions were very clear and had a personal note for us upon entry! I was happy to see a personal touch like that. Overall I’d highly recommend and will be back in the future. Our hosts were fantastic and super responsive to our needs and replied always promptly. Can’t wait to get back!!
