Homeowner and family live above & office space in the front. Nice view of mountains and about 75 yards from the Arkansas River! The spacious living area & separate bedroom sleeps 4. Close to South Main whitewater launch area, kayak play hole, & trails at an affordable rate. This is the perfect base camp for your BV adventure!
