Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Parke County

Very clean, close to fishing spots which was what we were looking for, private and just an overall very cool place!

We loved Kickapoo Creekside Escape and would definitely stay there again. Lots to do if you are a nature lover and not too far from town if you needed something.

This home is a gem. Crystal was an excellent host! When I had a question, she was able to providea a quick response. Crystal provided a sparkling clean home stocked with everything anyone would need while relaxing by the lake. The beds are so comfortable. The Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The neiborhood is quiet and the mature trees provide beautiful breezes while enjoying the beautiful, glamorous back porch. The newly added dock for relaxing and fishing was a great addition. One can even see wildlife and deer. This is my 3rd time here and I hope for many more. Thank you Crystal.

Swan's Nest is cozy and comfortable and located in beautiful surroundings. This was my second stay and I hope to be back next year.

The humble abode was perfect for what we needed. We had a group together for a family wedding and we felt very welcome. Susan had reached out ahead of time to be sure we had all our questions answered before we left the house. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Lots of snacks, and games, comfy blankets, and milk and juice in the fridge. We enjoyed our morning coffee in their peaceful backyard. We would stay again if we’re ever back in the area and next time we’ll bring the dog.

We are locals who hosted visitor's at Elaine's place. Our guests had a great experience and were very comfortable. Elaine went above and beyond by calling us to let us know that an item was left behind and arranged a way for us to pick it up.

We had a wonderful vacation week. The pond was so much bigger than we expected and the kids had a blast swimming and playing in the water. The cabin was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting in the future. Thank you Lucinda for allowing us to share your space, we made a lot of memories here this summer!

Our stay was great and very comfortable. There was lots of space with entertainment options for our small and older children, while offering gathering areas for the adults in our extended family stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was one of our main attractions and unfortunately it had some cleaning issues that did require a pool service to assist. Otherwise, the pool does have some bolts that are not flush with the concrete and can cut toes. The tiles in the pool are falling off and we also found these with our feet at the bottom of the pool. The home owners assured us that a new pool liner is coming which should solve this issue. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and their hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Meggan’s place! She made check-in and check-out a breeze and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free. The house and property were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for our out-of-state wedding, which made a big difference during such a busy time. We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The location was peaceful and secluded, offering the perfect escape. The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and full of charming touches that made it feel like home. We especially loved the relax pool and sauna. The hosts were responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled retreat!

We chose this spot for a getaway with longtime friends and family and my 2 dogs. It could not have been more what we were looking for. Calm, secluded spot with privacy. Great yard for the dogs to run around in. Plenty of amenities and sleeping considerations. And, most of all, Erin was amazing. Super responsive and friendly. Everyone had an amazing time and couldn’t believe how perfect it was. We will almost certainly be making this trip a tradition :).

Michael is a great host! We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It has a beautiful view of the lake. It was comfortable with lots of amenities. We would go back!

The perfect place for a family/ gateway weekend. Just walking distance from the Turkey Run park trails . If you love nature this the place for you. Very cozy, clean . They have thought of everything you need to have an amazing outdoor and relaxing time either after an all day hiking or just want to enjoy a nice gateway time .

Treetops is an amazing gem. It's very quiet, comfortable and it's located next to a national forest. We felt like we were home. We hiked Turkey Run state park, ate at local restaurants in Rockville, grilled out on the deck and hiked a great trail / creek bed right on the property. Anna was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back and stay both in the fall to see the changing foliage and to experience some winter hiking too.

This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much the second time. Jean was very proactive and communicated well to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay. The house and surrounding area are great for those looking to get away from the business of life and enjoy the outdoors. Very convenient location for Turkey Run and Shades State Parks. We loved our time there!
