Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Parkville

We stayed here for a couple nights with our two kids and dog and it worked well. Plenty of space for us. They do mention that the ceiling is very low and there are quite a few steps which are both very true but it is manageable. There is free parking right on their street which was a huge draw but construction limited the spaces when we were there, but Brian & Jess were helpful and we found free parking on the next street with no issue. We used public transportation to get around and it was very convenient and easy, two different bus stops super close by and easy to get to the metro. Lastly, it was so hot and very humid when we were there, the apartment is in the basement and it was musty and damp in the morning. Brian & Jess were helpful when we brought up, and were told the mini split unit has a dehumidifier setting and it seemed to help some. Brian & Jess were responsive and nice, and we’d recommend staying here when visiting DC!

Joyce has a very nice cottage that we love staying at. Close to Stevenson University where the Mustang Classic Lacrosse event is hosted. She was very responsive to our needs once we were in the house.

Gorgeous row house in beautiful and historic Fells Point!! We had a family wedding at the Pendry and chose to stay at this very comfortable, convenient spot. Easy access to everything in the Fells Point area (which you will love). We plan to return someday just to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The rental was outstanding, especially the roomy and well stocked kitchen and the nicely landscaped back patio area where we relaxed in private. You may hear some street noise when the bars close around the block, but keeping the windows shut solved that issue. We never had to uber anywhere during our stay. You will love this charming and relaxing spot!!

Ellen and Merrywell was an amazing stay for me and my family! We had such a wonderful time, having coffee and watching the horses, exploring the farm on the walking trail, and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the surroundings all made for a wonderful experience. The house was clean and comfortable and Ellen was an excellent host that was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended if you are looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Laurie’s place was just liked it is described. It’s located in a beautiful area and walkable to all the attractions in Annapolis Maryland. I would recommend it and I would stay there again if ever back in Annapolis! Thanks for wonderful stay!

Yangchen’s place was spotless and the perfect location for our drive down to Washington DC this weekend. It was quiet and calm and a great place to relax after a long day of adventuring. My friends and I all got our rest and relaxation in. I would definitely stay again during our trips to DC/Baltimore.

Great stay! No issues and excellent communication. Close to downtown. Very responsive and had all kinds of amenities. I would stay again.

I love this place. All the appliances and décor are modern. It's spacious, with multiple options within a 5-minute walking distance to eat, drink, and play games.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

Mark is a very thoughtful host. He even picked me up and gave me a ride to the new place. Once there, he made me feel welcome and was right on top of anything I might need. Very attentive and thoughtful host, and a spacious property which includes family friendly games to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen and dining area is perfect for families or large groups!

We (family of 6, including three kids and grandma) stayed here over a long weekend to visit family in the Baltimore area. The house was great, and we appreciated having plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for everyone. The host, Steven, was very helpful and reached out to us several times to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I feel confident that he would have helped with any issues had we needed anything. We found many conveniences nearby, including coffee, restaurants, and groceries. Overall, we were looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay for our visit, and this place worked out great! We are glad that we found it and would consider staying there again on a future visit!

Nice efficiency basement apartment in a great neighborhood. Everything was as described in the listing. Peter was responsive when I mentioned a minor maintenance issue.

Jackie's accommodations and attentiveness are second to none. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations. Jackie quickly responded to all of our questions leaving us extremely comfortable. This will be one of my favorite places. It’s cozy, bed is super comfy. The place is big. Very quiet. It has a retro decor, and there’s even a record player with some vintage records. Suzanne was a great host. Super friendly and very welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Lots of parking and very safe.

I was visiting some friends in the area and the location was perfect. Very walkable to the Hopkins campus, parking, and nearby commercial strips. Good value for the area. Aimee was proactive and responsive in her communication. Getting in was straightforward- I was a little nervous about finding it since access was from the (safe and well lit) alleyway in the rear of the home, but Aimee sent a helpful map and the gate was clearly marked with the house numbers. The apartment itself was very clean and smelled nice - notable for a rowhouse basement! Linens were clean and there were extras like coffee, snacks and water - nice touch. I thought to myself “oh this is a professional operation”, someone definitely knows what they’re doing and does it with intention. The one drawback was that the ceiling going down the entrance stairs was quite low. I’m about 6’, and I had to crouch down while entering. Not going to ding the listing for that, but perhaps important to know if you’re tall.
