Enjoy this house with a private enclosed garden. Pourrain is located between Auxerre and Toucy, 30 minutes from Chablis, 30 minutes from St-Fargeau, Guédelon Castle and Boutissaint Park. On the ground floor, the house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a double bedroom. On the 1st floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, as well as a toilet. On the mezzanine, you will find a second living room and an office area.

Small quiet and warm house, located in the heart of the old town (Marine district), with its Mediterranean-style garden without overlooking. Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

This comfortable, quiet and secure accommodation is suitable for a couple or family. Whether you are in love with Heritage, nature, sports and tasting, you can pleasantly enjoy the must-see sites that surround us.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
