We loved the house, it faces the sea, the view from the sofa is beautiful, we had coffee at the table with a perfect view of the sea, the very spacious en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning, clean and fragrant bath towels, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen because it has many utensils, the location of the house is very good, but there is no commerce on the same street, but there is a supermarket/bakery a 10-minute walk away, the neighborhood is very safe and great for walks, we just missed a TV lol for the kids to watch at night! Spacious house with a barbecue and even charcoal was already there.

Excellent House! On one side the dunes and on the other the sea! Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves; relax in the delicious nets. Kind and helpful hosts!Everything's great!

Our stay at the house was perfect, we went in a big group and everyone felt at home! Beautiful and super cozy house, with all the necessary utensils, the girls of the house are super-loving and attentive, not to mention the delicious food they make. Sua Mauricio gave us all the guidelines and was always attentive… The elbow beach is wonderful, great for bathing. Our days were amazing, back in prediction. 😃

All wonderful, we feel at home. It has many lockers, complete items for meals. The pictures do not depict what it really is. Personally, it is much more beautiful, with breathtaking views and very good beach for bathing. Felipe the homemaker, very helpful and polite. The host's suggestion of hiring a person to cook over the weekend was the icing on the cake. Maria is an amazing human being, good with life, cheerful, and he cooks beautifully well. Me and my family love lodging. We hope to return soon.

Very good stay. The big house. Had availability of mats, clean house, pool , barbecue , air-conditioning in all bedrooms, only the freezer that is small. Seu Antônio received us with great attention and affection. It was very worth it. We are all satisfied.

Close to the beach and close to the center of Ponta Negra (10 km by car). We love the space in general and would definitely come back.

Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as in the photos and as described in the ad. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, I didn't need to take anything if I didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay without it if you wanted to. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance of the house. Unfortunately, over the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the house's power a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite having muriçoca since it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

We had a great experience at Oswaldo's house in Ponta Negra, Rio Grande do Norte. The house is excellent, exactly as described in the listing, with all the equipment and items working perfectly. The environment is comfortable and well cared for, providing a very pleasant stay. In addition, Oswaldo was an exemplary host: always helpful, he welcomed us very well and was always available to help us throughout the stay, which made all the difference. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to stay in Ponta Negra!

I am still delighted with the house that has a surreal structure, with the assistance of Luciano and Ronaldo. Mr. Ronaldo was instrumental in my stay, friendly and proactive for all times! I made my wedding party at the house and I only have to thank and indicate the space!!

The place is more beautiful than in the photos, the house really is right on the sand, it has a green lawn in front and right after that is the sand of the beach, the house has several wooden tables with wooden benches which I like ....not those plastic tables that keep breaking and the kitchen is huge.... the barbecue area is great ....the rooms are very ventilated and all the air conditioners were working and the view from the rooms and the front of the house is perfect....the wonderful beach, the sea water is warm, anyway, my family and I loved the days we spent there.... We stayed at the house with 8 adults and 2 children and everyone simply loved it! The house is very clean, organized and well equipped, with several kitchen utensils that made our stay much easier. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made the tours even more enjoyable. In addition, the host was extremely receptive and attentive, always ready to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

The place is great! The house is the same as in the photos right on the beach. It perfectly fits 10 people in a comfortable way. Silvio is very attentive, always available! The only not very pleasant point was the boy's departure, who does the maintenance of the house, some days, we were a little bothered by the lack of privacy on the spot, but otherwise the place is perfect!

The triplex is simply wonderful! The two rooms are very comfortable and all rooms — including the living room — have air conditioning, which made all the difference in our stay. The barbecue area is a standout apart, with a beautiful view that left the moments there even more special. The host and his wife were extremely attentive, always available and responded super quickly to all our questions. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

We loved the house, it has a very unique, uncomplicated and cozy architecture. The condominium has a large leisure area, the beach in front is calm. Great for families. I'd definitely be back. The only point of improvement is in the maintenance of some small problems in the house, such as paint touch-ups, for example. But nothing to discredit the experience as a whole.
