Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Modern apartment

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Family apartment, 6 beds + cot. 4.5 rooms

Sunny, quiet apartment with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1500 m. The Lenzerheide/Arosa ski resort is directly accessible. Cross-country skiing trails just behind the house. Nature ice field. In summer the bike trails and cool nights (we don't need air conditioning!) Nearby playground and beautiful hiking trails. The house sits on the edge of the village on a private road, in front of a small forest. Well served by Postbus. Access by car to the house.

Cozy apartment in a great location!

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

Central location: 2-room apartment Flims Waldhaus

The apartment (30m2) is part of a detached house, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with washbasin and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.

Apartment Hotel Schweizerhof

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Die grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im dritten Stock des B&B's und ist für bis zu 3 Personen. Die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Bergblick vermittelt Ferienfeeling pur. Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).

Studio in Flims Forest House, Sauna and Indoor Pool

This stylishly furnished studio is quiet yet centrally located in Flims Forest House – just a few steps from the bus stop and the idyllic walking path to the famous Cauma Lake. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed. Whether hiking in summer or skiing in winter, Flims is a perfect destination all year round.

Malix belongs to the municipality of Churwalden. The region is well known as a skiing, cycling and hiking region. The region also offers all kinds of sports and leisure activities. The capital of Grisons is Chur, and this city also has a lot to offer culturally.
