This private two-story home features one spacious bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and an ocean view, set in a quiet neighborhood in Esterillos Oeste. The home includes a private Balinese-style saltwater pool and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The entire property—including the house and pool—is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. It’s less than a 3-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the town center.
