The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

Uttara-Gita is a tiny house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, in front of Rio das Pedras, next to a gentle stream. It is inside the Pé da Serra Site. Tem Wi-Fi ( fiber optic). 3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
