Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

Studio ristrutturato di recente, composto da: una zona notte con letto matrimoniale (cm 160x190) armadio a due ante con porta scorrevole, cucina attrezzata con tutte le forniture necessarie per poter cucinare. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto, cm 120x190, dove possono dormire comodamente due bambini o un adulto. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è la lavatrice e l'aria condizionata. Ce un piccolo terrazzo, mq 8, con un tavolo quattro sedia.
