Superb oceanfront accommodation, with a private 8 m2 terrace, without independent bedroom. Located on the top floor of the Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, etc.) With a surface area of 18 m2, you will find a 160 x 200 bed, shower and sink, all renovated in 2024 with a refined and elegant decor. The room has a fridge and microwave.

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Petite maison indépendante aménagée avec un séjour et une chambre à l étage et une grande terrasse , située dans un grand jardin boisé clôturé . La maison se situe dans les pins à moins de 1km de la mer accessible à pied ou en voiture ou en vélo... Une autre villa se situe dans le même jardin, mais les maisons ne sont jamais louées en même temps. De plus, nous habitons la même rue et pouvons donc répondre rapidement à toutes vos questions.
