Due to the proximity, both the trails and the beaches are easily accessible on foot. We are 2.5 km from the access to Cerro Bayo and 6 km from the village.

Ubicación perfecta para llegar en pocos minutos a los principales lugares turísticos de la zona, Puerto varas 10 min., Frutillar 15 min., Llanquihue y sus playas 2 minutos, aeropuerto 30 min. Perfecto para desconectarse pero a la vez cerca de todo, inmersa en un precioso fundo lechero de la zona! A un minuto se encuentra playa privada del Club Gimnastico, preciosa playa para disfrutar el verano!

Tenemos mascotas en las zonas comunes (2 perros y 1 gato, todos amigables). Estamos atentos a resolver necesidades emergentes. Disponemos de estacionamientos privados. Rústica cabaña interior de 34mt2, ubicada en un barrio antiguo a sólo 10 min. caminando del centro. Tiene 2 pisos, en el 1ro hay un living pequeño + cocina básica y 1 baño; en el 2do un dormitorio con 2 camas, una matrimonial y una individual. Tiene entrada independiente, se comparte el patio con la casa principal y hay que pasar por un pasillo en construcción. Somos una familia tranquila y tenemos 2 gatas a las que se les puede ver por ahí. Si te hospedas aquí estaremos felices de recibirte!

A country retreat in Patagonia for your vacation. It is just a few minutes from Lake General Carrera in Puerto Guadal. The retreat is for 3 or 4 people and has a unique atmosphere. It has a bathroom, shower, hot water, and a small kitchen. The refuge is self-sustaining with reduced electricity (solar panels). It has free parking and a beautiful panoramic view of Guadal and Lake General Carrera. We are 1 km from the town on International Highway 265 towards Chile Chico.
