There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

Cottage on the Paterswoldse Meer

Directly located on the Paterswoldse lake, this beautiful wooden cottage, the last part can only be reached on foot through the park. Enjoy the tranquility, no noise from cars and the beautiful views over the water. Or go out on the water with a canoe or boat. The cottage is heated by a gas heater downstairs. A warm sweater and slippers are recommended in winter. It is not allowed to have parties or make a lot of noise here.
