Just 15 minutes from the City of Edinburgh bypass, this is the perfect rural retreat with a hot tub for those that want to explore the surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! While the area feels secluded, it is only a short drive from local restaurants and amenities. It is 30 minutes from Edinburgh so it's an ideal place to stay if planning to visit without paying what you would in the city. There is quite literally a view of a castle from your doorstep. Amazing! We wouldn't think twice about booking again!

My husband stayed here for work and thought it was a lovely little cottage annex in a fantastic location. The views are great and the annex is well equipped, clean, comfortable and peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hosts were friendly and answered queries quickly. It was nice to meet them and chat.

Absolutely stunning! We spent 4 nights at Jacqui’s and had the most amazing stay, the cottage was beautifully presented and so spacious and the outlook was breathtaking! Close to Edinburgh but out of the city enough to be so peaceful, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Jacqui for the great stay, if we are ever back in Scotland we will definitely book again. 😊

We enjoyed our stay. Hana’s house was roomy and quiet. It was a short walk to the no. 3 bus, which goes directly to the center of Edinburgh (about 45 minutes). There was a grocery store in easy walking distance. All told, it was a great stay.
