My stay was brief but it was amazing. The place is even more beautiful in person, everything is impeccable, full kitchen, very clean environment. Ricardo welcomed me very well and was very kind. I hope to be able to come back more often. We love it!

Corinne is EXTREMELY polite, proactive and helpful. Responds at record speed. The bedroom is impeccable. Everything is very clean, with fragrant duvets and pillows. On TV, there was YouTube, Netflix, and the like. a mini kitchen with everything you need for food. She even provided us with coffee and sugar. The little dogs are cute and come to greet us with great joy (who likes. She asks first if we have fears or something) and we only see them when she is close. They don't bother you AT ALL. Simply impeccable! The apartment is exactly as advertised — clean, well-equipped, comfortable and decorated with impressive good taste. You can see that the hostess thought of every detail with affection. The stay was wonderful from start to finish, with a highlight also for the delicious coffee she runs on the ground floor of the building: cozy, well served and with excellent service. I saw a previous comment that was quite exaggerated and, frankly, it seems that the person mistook hosting for therapy. Nothing that was mentioned corresponds to the reality we found - on the contrary, we had a quiet, welcoming stay with all the necessary support. I recommend it with my eyes closed and, if possible, I will return other times!

I spent 1 quiet night. It is a kitnet adapted for the basic functions. Backgrounds, no noise and privacy. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel is dry on the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was agile in contact with me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

The experience was incredible, the apartment is super cozy, it has impeccable infrastructure, everything is clean and organized! Besides being located in an incredible palace, beautiful inside and out, full of things to do, it was really cool! I recommend and will come back more often!

The house is very large and extremely clean. It is located in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're staying in the winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and they were all very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly as the house is, but, seeing the house in person, exceeded my expectations. The house is very well taken care of and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a barbecue by the perfect swimming pool. The location is also perfect as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Even so, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's place provided a landmark experience for our family.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all leisure infrastructure and close to all commerce. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TV and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!
