overall stay was good except for communication. slow to respond

I stayed 1 month in Iloilo! the condo was good, clean and well maintained. Irene was super quick with responding to questions and when the kettle was not working she had it changed within a few hours. Very friendly and professional host, I warmly recommend booking and I would gladly come back.

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

This is a really great unit with a very friendly and responsive host. The unit has everything you need and it is very updated. For instance, it has a marble kitchen, nice floor tiles, and a smart TV. This makes it one of the nicest units around. The complex is similar to a homestay, but with more privacy than normal home stays due to the room layout. Jhen is quick to respond to everything, let me do laundry at hers, and the pool was great and always available. I would recommend staying here

I need a place to stay for 3 nights near IBP for a recent client visit to our BPO company. His place as advertised is near and pretty much has a homey feeling..so bad that my schedule is so busy, that I wasn't able to enjoy the balcony and the view it provides. the area is clean, very walkable from my office and provides accessibility mall, resto, groceries stores.

My husband stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

The location of the place is a perfect combination of being near the city center while still being quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and the kitchen had sufficient equipment (which was important for me). My only concern was that the host was responsive before check-in but when I had a concern regarding the wifi connection during my stay, they didn't respond until I gave them a call. Besides that, everything else went smoothly. Still worth the price.

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Even if I wasnt able to go around due to stricter lockdown guidelines and continuous rain for almost an entire week, I managed to enjoy my staycation because the unit has everything that I needed. Vince also replies fast to any inquiries.

Super happy with the stay. The unit is quite comfortable and clean. We were not able to use the pool though because it was closed according to the guard. But overall a great experience.
