La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

The Bosque de Xarás house is located in a natural area with stunning views of the Ría de Pontevedra and a beautiful sunset over the Ons Islands. A property with a small forest through which a small stream runs and a magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers.
