We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls, hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most rooms have gated private patios however, 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. We cannot guarantee a specific room or layout for Airbnb guests. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee, + guest robes. Each room is unique + all are fantastic!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

West Texas Hideout at Iconic Property

Perfectly situated in the middle of town near major Marfa attractions, MOTEL is a thoughtful, multi-year adobe renovation spearheaded by craftsman, Jantzen Matzdorff who is known for intentional restorations and putting his entire heart into his work. With design by renowned design firm McCray & Co., this is the latest in a series of successful projects together. They created this original boutique hotel almost exclusively with vintage and custom finishes while honoring the original structure.

Route 66 - Bobcat Inn

Get your kicks in our Route 66 room! Many people don't realize the road we're on is Old Las Vegas Highway, which is part of the Old Route 66. While the original "Mother Road" no longer exists, you can take a stroll down memory lane in our newly renovated road themed room which has its own parking and is just up the stairway and on the left side of the Bobdog Bungalow, which is a separate 2 room Casita on the Bobcat Inn property. The Route 66 room is dog friendly ($25/dog/night fee applies).

Marfa House Fronteriza, Accessible and Central

Marfa House, originally built as a railroad hotel in 1892, offers an oasis of comfortable accommodations in the heart of Marfa's historic center, a short walk from galleries, restaurants, and shops. The Fronteriza apartment has a full kitchen/dining area, bedroom with queen bed and Roku TV, a gas fireplace, and a large accessible bathroom, as well as original art with a contemporary and West Texas flair. Guests have access to a common gallery with gas fireplace, and a 2nd floor balcony.

The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design. A Oaxacan-tiled backsplash and exposed beam accent the full kitchen. The unit is situated in the brand new 215 Washington ‘invisible service’ hotel just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza.

Comfy Room #4 in Historic Inn with Shared Kitchen

Room 4 features a crispy red plaid color scheme and vintage furniture that makes this, our smallest room, feel cozy and honestly one of our favorites. The queen bed, private bath and 1950s chair and lamp provide comfy places to enjoy the view of the mountain with convenient access to the side entrance. Just 3 blocks from the main street, the Inn has a uniquely homey feel. Each room has access to the kitchen, living room, dining room with table that seats 8 and the sunroom.

From hospital to hospitality! Lockhart Hacienda is the center portion of a hospital building built in 1946. Located 3 blocks from center of Alpine. 3 Private, lockable rooms available, each with shower, toilet, sink and amenities. Each room is separately listed. Common entrance room and small full kitchen area shared by guests. Kids welcome and pets with leashes or crates. Ample parking. Fire pit and patio available. Host and family live in building.
