El Lago de Capeira is the only ecological residential subdivision 23 km from Guayaquil, with an area over 280 ha (691 acres), which work hard at maintaining the nature while building around it. As a result it has over 156 species of birds (native and migratory ones), over 700 species of trees and natural creeks that serve as drain of the rain waters that end at the Daule River It has 2 man made lakes with an island which is the house of migrating herons that come to nest 4 times a year.

Con cerramiento, Totalmente privado a los ojos de los vecinos. Totalmente amueblada. ideal para familias de 4 o 5 miembros, incluso contamos con 2 camas supletorias si, son grupos.
