It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

Horta, with restaurants, shops & activities, is just a 5 minute drive away. Well equipped & tastefully appointed, this cottage is truly unique.

Relax in this cottage with a unique and tranquil spot. Enjoy the fantastic view of Faial, the sea and the village of Madalena in the pool, Jacuzzi or sauna. Our accommodations are located a 2-minute drive and a 20-minute walk from Vila da Madalena, and include a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Quinta do Torcaz is a 5 apartments family project especially meant for families, couples or groups of friends who want to enjoy an authentic Azorean experience. At Quinta do Torcaz we preserve a quiet and bucolic environment with our beautiful garden and orchard. We also organize tours to show you the charming beauty of Faial Island. The minimum age for our guests is 12 years old, documents such as a passport will be requested to confirm age.

Furna D’Água I is a house with views to Pico Mountain and the island of São Jorge. The house is inserted in an old vineyard in the center of the village in the place of Cais do Pico, where the green of the vines, the black of the basalt and the aroma of the sea stand out.
