The summer house of Grandi Farm is located in the village of Kasepää in the Tartu County, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Peipus. A small and cozy house suitable for two guests who appreciate a peaceful vacation, nature, and the special ambiance of Old Believer villages. The approximately 20 m² house has a double bed or two single beds, a dining table, a kitchenette, hot water, a shower and a toilet, and a private courtyard with a terrace. Parking is available next to the house. Guests can use the farm's private access to the lake. Come and have a nice vacation by Lake Peipus!

3 bedroom house with hot tub, steam sauna, regular sauna. Quiet area. 10 minutes drive away from the city center of Tartu. The house has sauna towels for 12. Coffee machine filled with beans. Dishes for 20 people. Outdoor kitchen with all the necessary accessories for grilling. Smoke oven, bbq oven and regular grill. There is a basketball, football and volleyball court (balls are also available). Nice place to make a campfire. There's a hiking trail in the woods. There's a small pond on the side of the house where you can go swimming.

In this spacious and peaceful place, you will forget all your everyday worries and you can enjoy your vacation in the middle of birdsong. The house has 3 double rooms and one large family room that can accommodate at least 4 adventurers. There is an apple orchard around the house, where it is good to collect thoughts in the summer, enjoy the greenery, and in the fall to simply pick a few apples from a branch. If you come to Väike-Pällu farm on a hot summer day, take a refreshing dip in the pond.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a stove and a fridge. Next to the house is a spacious roofed terrace, where it is nice to sit and enjoy the birdsong, play table tennis or grill. It is also possible to offer an hot tube for a special fee
