The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the destination is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri, joka on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Mökissä on viihtyisä tupa, takka ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö nurkkaus. Yläkerrassa vuoteet ja upeat näköalat. Vieraamme ovat nauttineet puulämmitteisestä saunasta ja uimisesta, suppailusta ja järvellä veneellä soutelusta. Rannassa myös oma laavu, jossa voit illalla tulistella ja ihailla upeaa aurigonlaskua ja valmistaa vaikkapa i ruokaa.
