The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Seafront penthouse

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. Inside, you will find an authentic rock carving, discreetly illuminated, which was revealed and highlighted during the careful restoration of the space.
