Quiet neighborhood. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with tv, wifi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible up to 4 people maximum. Parking in private parking lot. 900 m from the city center and train station.

Equipé d' une laverie,parfait pour vacances en famille, vous pourrez passer vos soirée devant la cheminée aprés une journée bien remplie dans la neige.Station , ESFà 800 mètres, garderie enfants,commerces , restaurants. Ne convient pas au personnes Handicapées. Le ménage est à vôtre charge mais vous pouvez choisir l option ménage à 80€. Pas de draps et linge de toilette mais couettes et oreillers

Welcome to the heart of the Ecrins! The apartment is ideally placed, not overlooked, with mountain views and quiet. Located on the ground floor, you get a terrace as well as a garden surrounded by nature. In summer, the soft sound of crickets accompanies your evenings, and the coolness of the stream allows you to endure the hot nights. In winter, you can enjoy quick access to the Pelvoux ski resort by road or the Puy-Saint-Vincent ski resort (15 min) by car or bus.

It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Under the rooftops in Pelvoux

Under the roofs, on the fourth floor, come and spend your summer or winter at the foot of the hiking and ski slopes. From the foot of the building, go hiking in the mountains, climb Ailefroide or join the ski resort chairlifts. Clean and well-equipped, our apartment is ideal for 4 and can accommodate 5-6 people (contact us). The private ski room allows you to leave everything downstairs. The large parking lot is never full.

This 47 m2 apartment, ideally located, recent and comfortable, is located in the village of Monêtier les Bains (Serre-Chevalier ski resort) close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store etc...).
