Açaí: Ambler 3 Bed, 3 Bath, & 3 Floor Home

This Dutch Colonial home was owned by the same family from 1912, until being sold directly to us in late 2022. While rehabbing the property we did our best to keep traits of its historic charm intact while updating it with modern amenities. This quiet, comfortable, & spacious house is a few minute walk from Ambler, including the SEPTA station that travels to & from Philly (via LAN line). The property can host 6 adults between 3 rooms, 8 with the sleeper sofa, & max of 10 with an air mattress.

Fire place/kitchen/ bedroom/ living room/ Bathroom and dining room. Please note that after few incidents, the fire place is not usable If you would like same day reservation, please submit a request and I’ll do my best to get you in ASAP. This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. If you need anything during your stay we will be more than happy to help, just let’s know.

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!
