This spot is the best and ideal for kids. From the big wrap around veranda, beautiful garden and big lawn (perfect for kiddies cricket and rugby matches) to the beach right on your doorstep, you can unwind, enjoy being outdoors and watch the kids living their best lives. We will definitely be back!

We had the most magnificent stay in Bev and Phil's place - everything was amazing! It is impossible to put that view into words - and to wake up to it every morning was just unreal. I had to pinch myself every day to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Everyone in the family had the best time - the kids, the grandparents, and the pups included! Thank you Bev for being so welcoming, and just so lovely to deal with. You made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back.

what an amazing stay.... a holiday to remember. no words can describe the fun we had as a family.... the accommodation is beautiful...the garden is absolutely stunning. nice and quiet and hosts are so welcoming and friendly. we felt at home all the time!! a place to remember and definitely returning to....

What a pleasure it was staying here. I stayed here for almost a month and never once didn’t have something that I needed self catering wise. The cleaning service was beyond expectations and extremely kind. Thanks for the stay, looking forward to the next one!

What a magical get away! My husband, dog and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Bazely Beach. The house is on a secure plot, nestled in greenery and tropics overlooking one of the most stunning sea views. The house is well equipped with homely touches including board games, books, magazines and thoughtful memorabilia. We felt like we were on our own little island - with everything we could need inside the house and around us to ensure the perfect escape to rest and recoup. Great communication with hosts and a friendly face on arrival. Highly recommended.

I would give Justins place 10 stars if I could...it was absolutely amazing especially with the breathtaking seaview. The house is very spacious and the pool is just a bonus. our kids really enjoyed the getaway and didnt want to leave. Justin was absolutely awesome, he is a very good host and what was great about him is he replies really quick. And Yvette was absolutely amazing, she was there if ever we needed to find out anything, she is very kind and caring even towards kids. My kids adored her. This home is value for money. We will definitely go back when we get a chance. i would highly recommend.

My family enjoyed this beautiful home ✨ , the yard reminded us of a little island 🌴 . Absolutely breathtaking . You can see that the owners took time with every corner of that home . It is soo beautifully decorated 🌻. We really enjoyed the bonfire area and the swings by the bar . The host was soo friendly and responded to every question we had . Would love to be back .

We had the most wonderful stay at Lynn’s beautiful home which was even lovelier than we imagined. Our furry guests, River and Ollie, were firm favourites. We’re going to miss them.

What an awesome stay, the unit was very neat and tidy with everything you need. Maria and Joe are amazing hosts. Added bonus its across the road from the beach and I was able to take my dog along for the stay. Will definitely be back.

This delightful family seaside cottage was a great stay for a large family, great value for money and great location. The place was clean and welcoming; as you enter the front door, you can see the ocean view. There is plenty space for everyone to stretch out and relax, lots of seating and dining areas both inside and outside on the sea facing porch. There are double stacking doors which open and maximise the living space (and the magic). There is a private entrance to the beach with a short and easy walk to the beach. My brother has a physical disability and uses crutches, and he was able to easily navigate this path to beach and back, and this is an extremely rare bonus feature. Big bedrooms with comfy beds, and ample cupboard space for your clothing & luggage. Every room has powerful ceiling fans. The showers were hot, and the pressure was great! A big garden space for kids to run around in and a swing to keep them entertained. A well-stocked kitchen with all the items you’d need; all very clean and well presented. Alexandra’s communication is superb – from immediate initial contact to instructions beforehand and to check everything was ok once we had checked in. Fortunately, Michael is also on site, knows the property, knows how everything works and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure along the beautiful South Coast.

Beautiful and well maintained place. Very clean, well put together and free from clutter. We loved every minute of our stay.

Best place &the View was awesome...and Most definitely coming back before the end of the year.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing. The unit is so modern and so stocked up that I didn’t even need to pack my own dishwasher tablets or washing machine pods. Celeste had it all sorted. The view was beautiful and I loved the patio area - so peaceful to read a book. Celeste was so responsive. The beach was only a short walk out the bottom gate. Celeste was right to rather go to the beach first thing in the morning before 12pm otherwise it gets very busy and packed. Our kids loved the tidal pool! But unfortunately, the area is not a very clean area especially the beach. A lot of rubbish being dumped on the grass, shore and streets, unfortunately. The only thing I would suggest for the unit is to put in an air con because wow, it was SO hot and humid and the fans blew warm air. Thank you so much for making your beautiful unit so comfortable and stress-free to stay at.

It was so nice, i didn't want to leave. It was everything and more. My loved ones had a ball. The people were nice, beaches were clean. This was everything i hoped for and more. Xxxx

This accommodation was spectacular as a full package and uniquely set in a beautiful quiet beachside village of Mthwalume (which in IsiZulu means "where the tree stands strong)"! As you enter Mthwalume you are greeted by a stunning sea view and lush greenery with some monkeys which come out to enquire, even at Inyanga but not a nuisance at all. The chalet is very spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 adjacent bedrooms upstairs and a a very spacious main bedroom upstairs with it's own en suite bathroom and quiet baby cot area separated by a small wall). The upper deck area has a bit of sea view from which you can see the ocean and breath takingly orange sunrises and crimson sunsets with the sound of the ocean in the background while you sleep. The chalet is well resourced for machine washing your clothes, making your own meals on the gas stove with a whistling kettle even and enjoying time indoors watching TV (although there is no wifi there is DSTV premium package), braaiing and sitting outside or swimming in the safe fenced communal pool which is just beyond the garden of the chalet. The complex has a beach walk way which gives direct easy remote gate controlled access to Mthwalume beach [has a rocky beach, swimming beach and tidal pool (great for kids or a quiet swim)] which is next to seaside Kozi Cafe (definitely worth a visit). Lovely place to stay and from the area you can access shops in Mthwalume (small supermarkets) or retailers like PnP, Spar & Woolies in Hibberdene/Scottburg. Ifafa Beach or Hibberdene Beach are also good alternative beaches to visit! Durban and Port Shepstone are within an hour's drive away. The place, the beach, the people and the area, are all lovely! Inyanga is a place I recommend for a family holiday on the warm-ocean south coast (Ugu district of KZN, South Africa)! Burton is a gracious host who communicates timeously and makes sure that you are well received! We have a good reason to return to Mthwalume.
