Welcome to Paradise w/ POOL. Kid friendly. A few main things to note: 1) we live upstairs and you will hear our kids footsteps. (7-8am). No complaints about voices. 2) our pool is Not heated. 3) we have 60lb friendly female golden retriever Enjoy sound side beach access RIGHT across the street! Best sunsets on the beach! The Gulf is 5 blocks away. Private lanai with grill and pool access. Enter underneath the stairwell into your unique private 2 bedroom 1 bath suite. Keypad on door.

Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting guests and we would love to have you. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.
