This unique place has its own style. It's our vacation home in southern Minas. We have the families of both my father and mother there. It is located in the historic center, on the street of Praça da Caridade, the square where the shows take place. The house is representative of the 1960s and restored within the architectural standards of the time. We've added contemporary items to provide greater comfort for guests. Amazing house for families. Orchard of fruit trees, jabuticabeira, orange and pear trees. Oxygen reigns!

We are located just 5 minutes from Fernão Dias Highway (BR-381) and our environment is totally private and structured for vacation rentals. Ideal, whether for those passing through the city, or who want to stay longer to rest. We call it “Casinha da Roça,” but we're actually in the city, next to the beautiful Praça do Rosário. Pets are very welcome. We have self-check-in to facilitate guest access. This memorable place is anything but ordinary.
