very nice modern and spacious 130 m2 apartment with 30 m2 private terrace. Located in a small quiet residence, it has a large swimming pool and it will take you no more than a 2-minute walk to discover a splendid beach with crystal clear waters, very uncrowded. The apartment is also close to all amenities, between 5 and 8 minutes' walk. it has secure private parking. a cleaning lady comes by twice a week to maintain the premises.
