A casa fica há duas quadras do mar, os ambientes são espaçosos, e um pátio cercado, com vaga para dois carros na garagem. Não temos na casa objetos de itens pessoais, (travesseiros, roupa de cama, toalhas de banho) e não temos cadeiras e guarda sol para utilizar na beira-mar.
