Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Pleasant house in the heart of a cereal farm, large garden with swing where children can play while parents rest on the deckchairs in the sun. Renovated 06/2021, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends. House located in Donzy, close to the vineyards: Sancerre, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Coteaux du Giennois. Close to the Loire with activities nearby. At the foot of the Puisaye not far from Guédelon, 20 minutes away Workers limited to 3 people

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. Forboiserie is an old house built before the Great War. It has been maintained by our family and has retained its identity and its history. Most of the trees were planted by our grandfather Gustave. Some are hundred years old. Many are rare species. Our grandfather loved trees. You will find home in conditions which are those of our personal use with its simplicity, its qualities and its rusticity.
