La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. Located in a small hamlet in the nivern countryside on the edge of the Puisaye, the gite du p'tit Grégoire appears as an ideal place for a quiet holiday. Mitoyen of the owners' residence, it can accommodate 4 people. Within a radius of 50 kilometers you can visit many sites such as the Château de Guédelon, the vineyards of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Basilica of Vezelay and many others.
