A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Muhanned’s Villa felt like home. I could describe Villa with Cleanliness, cozy, comfortable and other many things. Just for imagination, fridge with filled with plenty of daily used goods, coffee and tea were on spot for use. Even though, Muhanned provided snacks as part of gesture. Definitely, he was great host and never disappoint us during our stay. May ALLAH bless him.

Honestly, the place is beautiful and clean, the location is great, and everything is close to the residence, supermarket, laundry, cafes, and restaurants. Jamal is a wonderful person and his treatment is beautiful. He responds quickly and cooperatively. In short, the place is a gem

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

An impeccable apartment exactly like the images. Bedrooms facing the main road, with the living room facing the beautiful Palm Jumeriah. Very responsive hosts who went above and beyond to assist with checking in and out at unusual times, and providing any amenities needed during our stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay at The FIVE! An additional bonus is that all hotel facilities are available to AirBNB guests at no extra cost (excl. breakfast). I have stayed at the FIVE many times mainly via direct booking, this was my first AirBNB experience there. I would definitely do it next time I come again! No complaints & everything is fantastic - you can even organise extra cleaning services which is a great option too if you require daily turndown services! Thank you for having me! 🙏🙏

I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

Had a great time with two kids in the Via Bahriya area and all the activities near by within a short Uber ride. The apartment itself has great amenities and especially laundry machine comes in handy with small kids. Would recommend it to other families with kids.

I have been to many places in the world but this was by far the best experience in my life. The full view on the Dubai Marina is just out of this world, especially when it is getting dark. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very fast. By taking this apartment, we got free access to the gym and to the outside pool with stunnings view at the Marina. We were very sad that we had to leave the place, but we will come back for sure to Dubai and definitely will take this apartment again. I recommend everyone who is coming to Dubai for the first time to try this out to get the unforgettable first experience.
