Holiday rentals with a patio in Persian Gulf

the apartment was comfortable, wide space , well designed, and Mr fahad was a great assistant and helpful . there are many facilities around the area , burj khalifa located just 5 min walking I enjoyed with stay in this apartment

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location made everything easily accessible, and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was kind, responsive, and very professional. I’d also like to give a special mention to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their flexibility and generosity, especially in allowing me a few extra hours beyond check-out time, were deeply appreciated and made a big difference. We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

I recently stayed at this beach house and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from beach. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and the BBQ grill—perfect for family dinners after a day at the beach. The pool was amazing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take great pride in this property. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation spot, this beach house is ideal. We’re already planning our next visit!

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!
