Karen is a good host, she answers all questions and is always there for you. The place is nice just like pictures, just take into account that there are constructions going on all day and night but if you close the windows you will not hear anything. If you have a car the place is good for you there are taxis also Alhamra mall is nearby by car/taxi Thanks karen

locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking again next time I’m in DXB!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, equipped with all the necessities you will need look just as seen in pictures. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to requests. The location is amazing, grocery market right next door, high end restaurants and lounges downstairs. Easy walk to boat docs for boating, jet-ski activities. Security staff downstairs was very nice as well.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The full marina view from the balcony is absolutely stunning—especially in the evening when the lights reflect off the water. The location is perfect close to everything! Super convenient to get around Dubai. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Rachid was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

إقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة! الشقة جميلة جداً، نظيفة ومرتبة، وتحتوي على كل الاحتياجات – من أثاث مريح إلى أدوات مطبخ متكاملة. الإطلالة ساحرة على الشاطئ وعين دبي، وكل الغرف والصالة تطل مباشرة على البحر، ما أضاف أجواءً مميزة للإقامة. الموقع مثالي، كل شيء قريب: مطاعم، كافيهات، ممشى جميل، وحتى خدمات التوصيل وتطبيقات الأجرة مثل أوبر وكريم متوفرة بسهولة عند مدخل المبنى، ما يجعل التنقل سهلاً جداً حتى بدون سيارة. تجربتنا كانت أكثر تميزاً بفضل التعامل الراقي من الأخ باسل، الذي كان سريع الرد ومتعاون جداً، وكذلك الأخ رامي الذي تابع معنا طوال فترة الإقامة وحرص على راحتنا. أنصح بالشقة وبشدة، وبالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى!

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

This was my second time staying at Hammad’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Hammad is a consistently excellent host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

This Pearl Doha studio was amazing—modern, cozy, and with an incredible balcony view that made every moment special. The host was welcoming, and the location was ideal. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Doha! Would love to stay again.
