A really really nice place in a nice city. 3 minutes from the leisure pool, perfect after a day of walking and visiting.

Well-Equipped but hard to find! A well-appointed flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds and bathroom were particularly useful as I prepared for a bike race. As it is next to the main road, finding the entrance was a challenge. Excellent host who communicated well throughout.

Lovely apartment! We stayed with our one year old and enjoyed the proximity to Stirling and surroundings. Playground around the corner and garden were a great bonus.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio was lovely: spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful garden. Olivia was super friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even kindly offering us a late check-out. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

A fantastic air bnb right next to gleneagles and fantastic value. Claire was also extremely helpful and responsive in the build up to our stay. A great social living space with a well stocked kitchen. We loved our time here!

This was one of the most stunning Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Beautiful interiors that are very modern but still have a cosy vibe. Surroundings are so peaceful and super close to the Gleneagles Hotel. Elizabeth was very helpful and sent us a great local guide before the trip. She was very responsive and happy to help. We would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Anne & Chris are great hosts. The apartment is part of a beautiful Victorian house & perfect for our short stay. The gardens are lovely & peaceful. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering break. We will definitely look to return & highly recommend.

A couple of our party struggle with stairs. Thought we had booked an apartment, not spotting the photo of the internal stairs. ( That's on us, but those concerned decided they'd still come ) But all a bit surprised that the whole property started on the 1st floor. I'm sure it hasn't dawned on the owners to mention it but perhaps it is worth including it in the description. Gorgeous property though, highly recommended. Have your passenger be really precise with the parking instructions, they are right but you have to pay attention. Thanks. JS

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

Ronelle was the perfect host, excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped, It boasts an excellent central location close to all of the amenities, including very reasonably priced parking close by. We had a fabulous stay in Pitlochry and are hoping to return next year. 131 will definitely be the place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect gateway, really a home away from home. Really made an effort to make us feel welcome with nice finishing touches including fresh eggs and a bottle on arrival. Lovely outdoor space with a hot tub to relax with the dogs. All enclosed and fantastic field right beside the lodge to let the dogs have a run. Dog friendly pub nearby. I would recommend taking the time to visit.

Gabby’s place was really nice and cosy! Beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and we felt like being at home! We parked in front of the flat and when we didn’t find space, we parked in the carpark nearby. Thank you!

Fantastic stay! Great accommodation, great facilities, restaurant on site and over at the courtyard were fantastic. Hot box spa is a must if in the area!

A cosy little flat in beautiful surroundings. We loved opening the window and listening to the river and the birds. Dunblane is just lovely. We were lucky enough to arrive on a beautiful afternoon and sat at the riverside hotel in the sun and enjoyed a great meal.
