Sarah and Richard were wonderful hosts and their communication with us was excellent. They provided us with several recommendations for top quality cafes, restaurants and local attractions and this was very much appreciated. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our four day stay in this beautiful home and peaceful location. It is definitely a first class and beautiful spacious home with extremely comfortable beds. We would happily stay again if visiting in the future. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at The Anchorage and the fact that we came back says it all. The place is just as clean, spotless, and cozy as we remembered. Abi is such a responsive and thoughtful host, which makes the whole experience even better. We love visiting South Freo, and the location is perfect. It is so close to the beach and everything else. Such a great place to stay! Conveniently located with shops close by, several restaurants/cafe close by and the freeway only a small drive from the house. I travelled with my dogs and there is a beautiful walking track basically opposite the house which made our daily walks super enjoyable!

We stayed here for one night 2A 2K and one dog. The kids loved the little treats that was left on the table. The yard area is a good place for the kids and for pets. Beds and pillows super comfy. Rugs available for when louging on the couch. Thank you again.

The house is phenomenally well-appointed, so we immediately felt very at home, and realistically could’ve arrived empty-handed (there’s games for the kids, a cabana and kayak for the beach, wireless phone chargers on all the bedsides, and the kitchen is even stocked with everything you need to blend, bake, and barbecue). The beach is also only a short stroll away, which meant we could easily nip down several times a day without any fuss — even with a pram, toddler, and pooch in tow. For anyone travelling with small dogs, the garden is completely enclosed by solid walls, which is a big bonus, as there’s no way for them to escape (plus the rear deck gets warm sun all day too, which our little sausage basically napped on for 3 days straight!). It’s a bit cliche to say, but we’ll genuinely come back to stay again.

Will definitely come here again. Central to all the places and people we were interacting with. Very quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to everywhere and a very good price too.Only complaint was the TV Ariel was not able to pick up any of the channel 7 stations.

The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.

We had a lovely stay at Villa the Vines. It had everything we needed, and it has been very thoughtfully furnished, with everything in it being high quality and modern. Heather was a lovely host, very responsive to messages and helpful. It is private and peaceful, and was a perfect escape for a couple of nights. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Calvin's communication was fabulous and the outdoor pool room made the perfect space to study.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

Have to say it was an incredible find ! Lived up to better than our expectations. It was so clean and modern and so cosy on the wet winter nights we had , very comfortable bed and has everything you would need and more ! We loved our stay here and we would highly recommend staying with caprice in her lovely home . We certainly will be returning again

We recently stayed at this two-bedroom apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. Both bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great night's sleep. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the river and close to the city center. We loved taking strolls by the river and having easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The living area is cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Emma-Therese is a perfect host communicating the detail which made arriving and enjoying the studio easy. We love the North Freo precinct so the location was very convenient.

We came back to stay at the guesthouse for a second time - we love it so much! It has such a homely feel and we just felt so comfortable there. The guesthouse is such a lovely space - we particularly love the bedroom with loads of storage and beautiful doors opening into the garden. The garden is such a wonderful addition, completely private with so much space for relaxing and eating. Lee is such a fantastic host - she showed us so much kindness during our stay! We will very happily book to stay again in the future.

I'm so happy to have found this beautiful haven. Close to good facilities within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, movies and easy access to freeways. The facilities are so roomy and delightfully decorated. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
